W2 menswear launch party.
W2 opened in July 2009 , making it the worlds last Comme des Garcon guerilla store. It stocks a compact yet diverse selection of clothing by CdG as well as Margaret Howell and Adam Kimmel.
What felt like all of Glasgow's best dressed men were at the W2 launch, I spent the evening constantly gawking at the stylish crowd that gathered to help the store celebrate becoming a menswear only store. This store is seriously cool and I couldn't fault anything about it. The carefully considered arrangement of the most interesting practical most lust worthy clothing has to be Glasgow's best edit for men. Prices that make some of the most sought after labels accessible to young pennyless fashion lovers is something to really shout about. Ever since the evening I haven't stopped dreaming of a severely chic burnt orange sport jacket ( perfectly proportioned , amazing colour and something I could see me really using) Its what Ive declared any extra Christmas wages will go towards.
This guy worked a look with ease that I have been trying nail for months with far less success.
